The Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card is one of India’s most popular shopping cards for a simple reason: it pays real cashback, not points, on apps most people already use. You get 7.5% on Myntra, 5% on Flipkart and Cleartrip, an uncapped 4% on Swiggy, PVR, Uber and Cult.fit, and 1% on almost everything else.
Limited-time offer: the card is first year free for applications made till 31 October 2026. After that, the joining fee may apply.
How the cashback works
| Where you spend | Cashback | Cap |
|---|---|---|
| Myntra | 7.5% | ₹4,000 per quarter |
| Flipkart (excluding Flipkart Health) and Cleartrip | 5% | ₹4,000 per merchant per quarter |
| Swiggy, PVR, Uber, Cult.fit | 4% | No cap |
| Other spends | 1% | No cap |
What you would actually earn
Say you spend ₹6,000 a month on Flipkart, ₹2,000 on Myntra, ₹4,000 on Swiggy and Uber and ₹10,000 on everything else. That earns ₹300 + ₹150 + ₹160 + ₹100 = ₹710 a month, or about ₹8,500 a year, well within the quarterly caps. Cashback is paid as money back rather than points, so there is nothing to convert and no redemption fee to worry about.
The Flipkart cap of ₹4,000 a quarter is reached at about ₹26,700 of Flipkart spending a month, so most people will never hit it. Your yearly spend in this example (about ₹2.6 lakh) falls short of the ₹3.5 lakh waiver, so budget for the ₹500 + GST fee from year two. It is easily covered by the cashback.

Who should get it, and who shouldn’t
Get it if Flipkart, Myntra, Swiggy or Uber make up a big chunk of your monthly spending. Few cards return this much on those apps with so little effort.
Skip it if you mostly shop offline or on other sites, where it pays only 1%, or if you have never had a credit card before, since Axis Bank does not accept new-to-credit applicants for this card.
