The HDFC Bank BizGrow Credit Card sits between BizFirst and BizPower. It keeps the low ₹500 + GST fee but adds 10X CashPoints on the big-ticket payments a growing business makes: bill payments through PayZapp and SmartPay, income tax and GST, business travel on MakeMyTrip MyBiz, and software bought through SmartBuy BizDeals. Like all HDFC Biz cards, it gives up to 55 days of interest-free credit on business expenses, which can smooth out cash flow between paying suppliers and getting paid by customers.
How the CashPoints work
| Where you spend | What you earn |
|---|---|
| Business expenses | 2 CashPoints per ₹150 |
| PayZapp and SmartPay bills, income tax, GST, MMT MyBiz hotels and flights, Tally, Office 365, AWS, Google, Credflow, Azure via SmartBuy BizDeals | 10X CashPoints |
| Quarterly milestone: ₹1,00,000 spend (excluding rent and petrol) | 2,000 CashPoints |
Good to know: the offer does not publish the monthly cap on 10X CashPoints or the rupee value of a CashPoint. Check both on HDFC Bank’s site before routing large tax payments through the card.
How to get the most from it
The 10X categories are the whole point. Route GST and advance tax payments, recurring utility bills and your accounting and cloud software subscriptions through the card, and book business trips on MMT MyBiz. Spend ₹1 lakh a quarter on the card and you also pick up 8,000 milestone CashPoints a year.
Paying tax on a credit card also gives you up to 55 interest-free days before the money leaves your account, as long as you clear the full bill on time.

Who should get it, and who shouldn’t
Get it if your business regularly pays GST, tax, software subscriptions and travel, and you want accelerated rewards on those without paying a premium fee.
Skip it if most of your spending is everyday purchases. BizFirst gives similar perks with an easy fee waiver and pays on UPI too.
Before paying tax by card: check whether the payment gateway adds a convenience fee. If it does, compare it with the CashPoints you earn, and always clear the full bill by the due date so interest doesn’t wipe out the benefit.
