The Axis Rewards Credit Card is a points card with two clear strengths: 10X EDGE Reward Points at apparel and department stores, and a 1,500-point bonus every month you spend ₹30,000. Everything else earns an uncapped 2 points per ₹125. Like Axis Neo, it can be issued on Visa, Mastercard or RuPay.
How the rewards work
| Where you spend | What you earn | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Apparel and department stores | 10X EDGE Reward Points per ₹125 | Up to ₹7,000 spend a month |
| All other categories | 2 EDGE Reward Points per ₹125 | No cap |
| Milestone: ₹30,000 net purchases in a statement cycle | 1,500 bonus points | Every cycle |
| Welcome: ₹1,000 spend within 30 days | 5,000 points | Once |
Good to know: the offer data does not state a rupee value for these EDGE Reward Points, so check the redemption catalogue on Axis Bank’s site before you compare this card with a cashback card.
What you would actually earn
Spend ₹30,000 a month, ₹7,000 of it on clothes and department stores. The ₹23,000 of other spending earns about 368 points, the apparel spend earns the 10X rate, and the monthly milestone adds 1,500 points. Over a year that is more than 18,000 milestone points alone, plus your regular earnings. The milestone is where most of the value lies, so the card suits people who can reliably hit ₹30,000 a month.
Other benefits
- Lounges: 2 complimentary domestic visits per quarter with ₹50,000 spent in the previous 3 months.
- Swiggy: ₹150 off food delivery twice a month on orders above ₹500.
- Network choice: Visa, Mastercard or RuPay.
If you mostly redeem for vouchers, check the catalogue values first. Points cards like this are only as good as what you redeem them for, and a cashback card can be simpler if you would rather not track points.

Who should get it, and who shouldn’t
Get it if you spend around ₹30,000 a month on one card, buy clothes regularly and order on Swiggy. The monthly milestone and Swiggy discounts can easily outweigh the ₹1,000 fee.
Skip it if your monthly spend is well under ₹30,000. Without the milestone, 2 points per ₹125 is ordinary, and a simple cashback card will be easier to value.
