The Scapia Co-Branded Credit Card is a lifetime free travel card that rewards nearly everything you buy with Scapia Coins you can spend on flights, hotels, trains and buses. It also charges zero forex markup and unlocks unlimited domestic lounge access in months you spend ₹20,000 or more.
How the rewards work
| Where you spend | Earn rate | Travel value (5 coins = ₹1) |
|---|---|---|
| Flights and hotels booked via the Scapia app | 20 coins per ₹100 | About 4% |
| Most other online and offline spends | 10 coins per ₹100 | About 2% |
Good to know: coins are redeemed on the Scapia app for flight, stay, train or bus bookings, and can cover 100% of the booking value. They are not cashback, so this card suits people who travel at least once or twice a year.
What you would actually earn
Spend ₹25,000 a month on everyday purchases and you earn 2,500 coins, worth ₹500 in travel. Over a year that is 30,000 coins, or ₹6,000 off flights or hotels. Book a ₹20,000 trip through the app and you earn another 4,000 coins (₹800) on that booking. With no fee to recover, all of this is net value.
Compare that with a typical cashback card paying 1% on the same ₹3 lakh of yearly spending, which would return ₹3,000. If you were going to travel anyway, Scapia roughly doubles the value of your everyday spending, and the zero forex markup saves more on every rupee you spend abroad.
Lounge access and travel perks
- Unlimited domestic lounges: spend ₹20,000 on the card in a month to unlock unlimited domestic lounge access, plus complimentary dining, shopping or spa options.
- Zero forex markup: pay abroad or on international websites with no foreign currency conversion fee.
- Flexible redemption: use coins on flights, stays, trains or buses, for up to the full booking amount.
- Travel bonus: booking flights and hotels in the Scapia app doubles your earn rate to 20 coins per ₹100.

Who should get it, and who shouldn’t
Get it if you are 23 to 40, travel a few times a year, and want a free card that steadily funds your trips while saving forex fees abroad.
Skip it if you prefer cashback you can spend on anything, or if you are over 40, which rules you out. People who rarely travel will struggle to use the coins, and may get more from a simple cashback card.
